• Credentialed PPO Network that includes more than 114,000 locations nationwide
• Renaissance makes two PPO networks available to its members:

          DenteMax—the primary network of dental professionals with savings of 20-45%*
          Dental Wellness Partners— To provide even more access to dentists, Renaissance offers a
          secondary network of dental professionals with savings of 7-10%*

• Employees also have the flexibility to visit non-PPO dentists
• Guaranteed fee acceptance eliminates balance billing when visiting PPO dentists
